August Wine Dinner

It's Iowa State Fair time! We are partnering with the locally owner Ruby Fine Wines and Ciders to bring in some great juice from across the pond. Josh the owner of Ruby and our local rep Blake will be joining us for the evening. They will be speaking alongside our Sommelier and Owner Cephus about the wines and pairings throughout the meal. For food this month Chef Sean Clemons is taking you on a trip to the East Side of Des Moines. We will be focusing on our favorite fair foods and making them in our own style. Think "Purple" Ribbon Potatoes, and a housemade corn dog from scratch as well as some other goodies that you can see on the full menu.
